1 – PAYMENT.

You can pay for those hand tools, power tools, fixings or workwear you just ordered in one of 3 different ways:

a) – Use our online shop. It’s entirely secure – even from us. We never even see your card details. We accept most major credit or debit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and American Express.
b) – Telephone us with your card details on 0845 260 0884.
c) – Send us a cheque made payable to Judge Ceiling Systems Ltd.

Your order will be despatched as soon as your payment has been processed.

2 – DELIVERY TO UK.

We always aim to process and deliver goods as soon as we possibly can. To do this we use a combination of our own vans, national carriers and freight.

Delivery times to mainland England, Wales & southern Scotland: approx 2-5 working days.
Central, Northern Scotland (mainland): up to 7 days.

We’ll always give you an estimated delivery time on receipt of your order. We’ll also contact you before your order is despatched so you stay updated about when your power tools are likely to arrive.
If you need your fixings, tools or accessories in a hurry contact us and we’ll do our level best to meet your needs.

Delivery times can vary subject to availability of non-stock items.

Delivery charges:  

Goods value up to £75: delivery cost £9.95
Goods value at or over £75: delivery free

3 – RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY & DAMAGED GOODS.

JCS Tools takes great care to ensure that we pack our products carefully and transport them safely.

When you receive your delivery please check your parcels carefully. If the outer packaging is damaged mark the delivery note ‘Damaged’. Then when you unwrap your parcels, notify us if any damage has occurred.

We will then send replacements. Please notify us within 2 days of receipt of goods.

4 – DATA PROTECTION.

JCS is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not, and will not, pass on your details to any third party.

5 - GUARANTEE.

We certify that all goods supplied are fully guaranteed. Should any item, or part thereof, be damaged in transit or not to be to specification we undertake to replace it free of charge subject to our being notified within 2 days of receipt (for goods damaged in transit) and 7 days (for faulty goods).

6 - CONDITIONS OF SALE.

All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch or collection.

7 – BACK ORDERS.

We stock a wide range of industrial power tools, cordless power tools, hand tools, air compressor tools, workwear and power tool accessories. Our range is so large, however, that we may not be able to stock all products at all times. If your item is not in stock we will contact you. You’ll then be able to instruct us to either cancel your order or wait for new stock to arrive.

8 - TAX.

VAT will be added to your order at 17.5%.

9. FREE WORKBENCH.

A Silverline workbench will be given free with any order of £175 or more. Make and model may vary from that illustrated on our website. There’s no cash alternative or substitute product with this offer.
